Privacy Policy · Sharper Math
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Sharper Math publishes short educational math videos. "Sharper Math Studio" is our own internal tool, which we use only to schedule and publish our own videos to our own accounts on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and X. It is not offered to the public, and no one else can sign in to it.
What the tool accesses
- YouTube (Google): permission to upload videos to our channel (
youtube.upload) and to read our channel's basic details (youtube.readonly), such as its ID and name. - Facebook, Instagram and Threads (Meta): permission to publish videos to our Facebook Page, our Instagram account and our Threads profile, and to read their basic details.
- LinkedIn and X: permission to publish posts to our own Company Page and our own X account.
How data is used and stored
- Access tokens are used only to upload and publish our videos at the times we choose, and to read the resulting post links.
- Tokens are stored encrypted on our own computer or server. They are never sold, shared or sent to any third party other than the platform they belong to.
- We don't collect, store or process personal data about viewers or any other users.
- Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
We can disconnect any account in the tool at any time, which deletes its stored tokens. Access can also be revoked from each platform's security settings, for example at myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google.
